The app keeps each idea bounded: observe without touching, ask without diagnosing, check the current source, adapt the conversation and stop when authority or safety must take over.
Evidence hygiene
Record publisher, title, edition and date in the project's authorised system. Do not put names, addresses, photographs or confidential case data in this app.
No informal approval
A conversation, directory listing or general source is not engineering, certification, consent, inspection sign-off or authority approval.
A useful close
State what remains unknown, who owns the next decision, which source will be checked and what condition would trigger immediate escalation.
